Return & Warranty


When shopping with Cocopani we want you to have complete piece of mind and a Happy shopping experience. Hence we offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your Cocopani purchase or have simply changed your mind, please return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of receipt. We’re happy to exchange the item for a different  colour, design or style or we can offer a refund on receipt.

The item purchased must be in its original condition and in its original shipping box and the return shipping costs will be covered by you.

As soon as we’ve processed your exchange, we’ll send you an email to let you know that your replacement order is on its way. If you’ve opted for a refund, the total amount for the items returned and accepted will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. We’ll use the same currency you chose for your order.

The return shipping costs are your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and includes delivery tracking. Unfortunately, we can’t accept responsibility for any problems occurring in transit with the products you’re returning to us.



For products that are deemed faulty on purchase, refunds, credits or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by an invoice and shipping costs incurred will be covered by Cocopani should the product be deemed flawed/faulty. Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. (The exact card used to make the original purchase).

Returns or exchanges of online purchases must be made by post.  As Cocopani is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

The umbrellas are guaranteed for 1 year against frame defects that develop with normal use. Guarantee does not include damage resulting from misuse, lack of appropriate care or accidents. Please return your umbrella, along with your receipt to Cocopani: PO BOX 988, RYDE NSW 1680
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by wind or adverse weather conditions, fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, fire, flood, hail, earthquakes or other natural disasters, or alterations or repairs by any other than an authorised agent of Cocopani.

Cocopani reserves the right to determine whether or not fault is caused by faulty workmanship or material or wether any part is faulty.

Online Store Currency

This online shop checkout quotes the price in Australian Dollars therefore when you are purchasing from an overseas destination, your transaction will be processed through PayPal using your own currency. For example if you are purchasing from the USA you will pay the US dollar value.
Cocopani reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund all payments using the original method and card details received. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
